I wonder if you read about Graham Hill lobbying the Prime Minister? Mr. Hill was complaining about the unsuitable motor tricycles that are issued to disabled haemophiliacs?and he ought to know what is safe to drive. In the deputation with him were members of the Haemophilia Society who pointed out that nearly half of the haemophiliacs who took part in a survey last year now suffered serious internal bleeding because of faults in the design of the tricycle. Haemophilia is a condition where the blood doesn't clot. As these bleeds can be cripplingly painful, even lethal, urgent special treatment is needed as soon as possible; and this costs the Health Service as much as
